Simple Indian Crispy Fried Chicken Cooking Recipe
Ingredients :-
- Chicken cut into serving pieces - 1 Chicken
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Estrogen - 1 tsp
- Chopped garden chervil - 1 tsp
- Chopped chived - 1 tsp
- Thoroughly minced garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
- Egg - 1 no.
- Maida - 100 gm
- Salt & Pepper - According to your taste
- Sufficient oil for deep fry
Simple Indian Crispy Fried Chicken Cooking Recipe
Method :-
- Take a large mixing bowl and mix the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, spices, garlic , egg and 2 table spoons of water.
- When it is thoroughly mixed, add maida. With the help of your hands keep mixing until most of the flour is blended evenly with other ingredients and chicken is nicely coated.
- Now take oil in a frying pan fill up to a depth of about 1 inch and turn heat to medium.
- The temperature of the oil should be very high.
- When the oil is appropriately hot, raise heat to high.
- Slowly add chicken pieces to frying pan and cover it,reduce heat to medium and cook for 7 minutes.
- Turn chicken pieces an continue to cook uncovered for another 7 minutes.
- Turn the chicken pieces again and cook for about 5 minutes more,turning as necessary to ensure that both sides of chicken pieces are golden brown.
- Remove the chicken pieces from frying pan and drain the excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve the chicken immediately.
