I learnt the Simple Indian egg biriyani from one of my Muslim friends. Allchildren as well as adults definitely like this Simple Indian egg biriyani. When you learn the cooking of one biriyani , you can prepare all types of biriyani. Before I felt that making biriyani is a long process. But it was wrong. My friend cleared my mistake. Biriyani can be prepared within 30 minutes. It is very simple and easy to prepare. Please find out the ingredients and method to prepare the simple Indian egg biriyani.
Simple Indian Egg Biriyani Cooking Recipe
Ingredients :-
- Full boiled eggs - 6 no's
- Biriyani rice - 4 cups
- Water - 7 cus
- Carrot cut into small pieces - 1/2 cup
- Beans cut into small pieces - 1/2 cup
- Beans soaked in water - 1/4 cup
- Ginger cut into 1 inch legth and very thin pieces - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic cut in length and thin pieces - 2 tbsp
- Cardomom - 4 no's
- Cinnamon - 4 small pieces
- Cloves - 4 o's
- Perum Jeerakam / Jeera mashed- 1 tsp
- Onion sliced - 2- 3 no's
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Puthina / Mint chopped - 2 -3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tbsp
- Pineapple Essence - 5 drops.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Rose water - 1 tbsp (optional)
