       Simple Indian Curd salad is an every day salad in Indian kitchens. It is very nutritious as well as delicious. It is very simple and easy to prepare. Simple Indian 2 minutes Curd Salad Recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Curd / Dahi / Yoghurt  -  1 cup
  • Tomato chopped  -  1 small
  • Green chillies   -  2-3 no's (optional)
  • Onion chopped   -  1 big
  • Cucumber chopped -  1 medium
  • Water  -  1/4 cup ( adjustable)
  • Salt  -  as required

Simple Indian 2 minutes Curd/ Dhahi Salad Recipe
Method :-
  • Take a large bowl and mix add3 the curd,water and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add all other inredients and mix well.
  • Serve with plain rice,biriyani,fried rice or ghee rice.
