Ingredients :-
- Curd / Dahi / Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Tomato chopped - 1 small
- Green chillies - 2-3 no's (optional)
- Onion chopped - 1 big
- Cucumber chopped - 1 medium
- Water - 1/4 cup ( adjustable)
- Salt - as required
Simple Indian 2 minutes Curd/ Dhahi Salad Recipe
Method :-
- Take a large bowl and mix add3 the curd,water and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add all other inredients and mix well.
- Serve with plain rice,biriyani,fried rice or ghee rice.
