         I have never been able to duplicate my mother's delicious home made chicken noodle soup,but this recipe comes close. You can make this soup with chicken,few vegetables,and since this recipe makes lots and lots of soup.I would like to share the simple and easy chicken soup recipe with you. Simple Indian Chicken Noodle Soup Cooking Recipe
Ingredients:-
  • Chicken  -  1 Kg
  • Garlic chopped   -  3 cloves
  • Stalks clearly ,washed and sliced in small size   -  4
  • Carrots sliced in round -    5 medium size
  • Onions chopped   -  2 medium size
  • Salt  -  2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper   -  1 tsp
  • Cooked noddles   -   1 cup
  • Tomatoes diced  -   2 large


Simple Indian Chicken Noodle Soup Cooking Recipe
Method:-
  • Remove the boneless meat from the chicken and cook them with salt and little black pepper powder.
  • Place all the bones,skin and wings of the chicken into a large pot and put in enough water to just cover everything.
  • Bring the water to a boil on high heat.
  • As the water boils skim off  any foam that accumulates on the surface of the water.
  • Then reduce the heat to medium-high and cook for one hour.
  • After 1 hour strain out all the chicken parts and return the broth alone to a pot on medium heat.
  • Add all other ingredients except noddles.
  • Cook the vegetables for 20 minutes.
  • Add the cooked boneless meat into the soup.
  • Cook again for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the soup from the heat and immediately add cooked noodles.
  • Soup is ready to serve.

Simple Indian Instant 10 minutes Chicken Fry Cooking Recipe

Simple Indian Instant Chicken Fry
          Today I present my kid's favourite dish. It is simple Indian chicken fry. It is very simple and easy to prepare. It is really mouth watering. All children as well as adults definitely like this delicious dish. You can serve this special chicken fry with fried rice,biriyani and steamed plain rice.

Simple Indian Instant 10 minutes Chicken Fry Cooking Recipe
Ingredients:-
  • Chicken legs  -  2 no's
  • Chilly powder  -  1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  -  according to your taste
  • Garam masala powder  -  1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 cup

Simple Indian Instant 10 minutes Chicken Fry Cooking Recipe 
Method :-
  • Give small cuts on the chicken legs with a knife.
  • Mix all the ingredients with 1 tsp of oil.
  • Apply this mixture on the chicken pieces. Keep it aside for 3-5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Let it boil.
  • Reduce the flame to the minimum and keep the chicken legs slowly in the pan.
  • Fry all the sides of the chicken till light brown colour. Turn off the stove.
  • Serve the chicken legs with fried rice,biriyani or plain white rice.
Kitchen Tips :-
  • You can add 1/2 tsp of ginger paste and 1 tsp of garlic paste in the mixture for magnetising the chicken pieces. Yow will get wonderful flavor and taste. Will you try this kitchen tip ?
  • You can beet one egg well and add with all other ingredients. You will get delicious taste. Try this interesting kitchen tip.
  • You can add one pinch of orange-red food colour with all other ingredients. Chicken fry will be with attractive colour. Have you ever tried this interesting kitchen tip ?

          Today I am going to present a non veg dish , of course with delicious taste. It is your favoutite Chicken curry. Whenever I prepares varity of chicken dishes I used to memember my loving mom, because I learnt these from my mom. In my first trial of this recipe, the taste was ok... not delicious.Because I made myself in the absnce of my mom. My husband told me the negative points and suggested the ideas how to get the real taste of my mom's Chicken curry.Then on the second trial I got excellent taste. My sons told,"Mummy, what a delicious chicken curry , yaammi......yaammi......"On that day my kids(chicks) ate more rotis / chappathis with the simple Indian Chicken curry.Now I would like to share the recipe with you. Please read out the ingredients and method to make the simple Indian Dry chicken curry.


Simple Indian Dry Chicken Curry Cooking Recipe
Ingredients :-

  • Chicken cut in to medium size - 1 Kg
  •  Onion sliced - 3 big size
  • Tomatoes slices - 2 big size
  • Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 3 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts paste - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilly slit in length - 6 no's
  • Curry leaves - 2 stems
  • Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp( adjust according to your taste
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper  powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Yoghurt / Dhahi / Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Cardomom - 2 no's
  • Fennel (Perum Jeerakam / somf) - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - according to your taste

Simple Indian Dry Chicken Curry
Method :-
  • Magnetise the Chicken pieces with little pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt,chilly powder,garam masala powder and full quantity of yoghurt. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Heat the oil in a cooking vessel and add the onions and saute till light brown.
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste and saute till light brown coloour.
  • Add the tomatoes and stir well till it becomes mash.
  • Add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for few seconds till the flavors are  releasing.
  • Add the coriander  powder and chilly powder and stir for 2-3 minutes on the low flame till it becomes dark brown colour .
  • Add garam masala powder,mashed crdomom and fennel. Stir well.
  • Add the water and stir for 5 miuutes.
  • Add the magnetised Chicken pieces.
  • Cook for 30 minutes on a low heat by covering with a lid.
  • Add Cashew nuts paste.
  • Add the salt and water if necessary.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Garnish the Chicken curry with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rotis / chappathis , plain rice /  fried rice / biriyani.
Kitchen Tips :-
  • Add little salt while you are sauting the onion in the oil. If you do so, the onion will be in brown colour very soon. It will reduce your cooking time. Try this interesting kitchen tip !!!
  • When you magnetise the chicken pieces, add little yoghurt / curd for the chicken to be cooked fast. Will you try this kitchen tip.
  • If you like the taste of coconut milk,add the coconut milk just before turning off the stove and just boil.It will be more delicious. Is this good kitchen tip???

It’s a good combination.My husband and kids also like her special Chicken stew.I would like to share this recipe with you.Please find below the Simple Indian Chicken Stew cooking recipe ingredients and method to make it.

          Simple Indian Chicken Stew is a delicious South Indian especially Kerala traditional non vegetarian dish which is very simple to make. All children as well as adults definitely like this Simple Indian Chicken Stew. This is a very simple, yet spicy preparation that goes well with bread , dosa, idiyappam , palappam and vatteppam. Simple Indian Chicken Stew is a dish item which can be served for your guests.


Simple Indian Chicken Stew Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:-
  • Chicken cut in to very small pieces                              -          1 cup
  • Sliced onions                                                               -          1 big size
  • Potato cut in to small pieces                                        -         1/2 cup
  • Carrot cut in to small pieces                                        -         1/2 cup
  • Soaked green peas                                                     -          1/2 cup
  • Green chilies(split)                                                       -         5 no's
  • Ginger(chopped)                                                         -         1 tbsp
  • Garlic(chopped)                                                          -         1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta)                                              -         1" piece
  • Cardamom(Elakka)                                                    -          5 nos
  • Cloves(Grambu)                                                         -          4 nos
  • Fennel(Perum Jeerakam)                                             -         1 pinch
  • First coconut milk from half of a coconut                      -         1 cup
  • Second coconut milk from half of a coconut                  -         2 cups
  •  Coconut oil                                                                -          2 table spoon
  • Small onion chopped                                                   -         1 tbsp
  • Salt                                                                             -         According to your taste
  • Powdered black pepper                                              -         1 tsp
  • Curry leaves                                                                -         2 stems

Simple Indian Chicken Stew Cooking Recipe

Method :-

• Cook the chicken with all the other ingredients (except small onion, Powdered black pepper and oil) in second coconut milk.

• Add the thick first coconut milk and continue cooking on low heat until it boiled.

• Add the powdered black pepper and mix it well.
• Turn off the heat and set this aside.

• Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.

• Add all sliced onions and saute till brown.

• Add little curry leaves .
• Add this into previously prepared chicken stew.Add powdered black pepper and stir well.
• Serve hot with bread , dosa, idiyappam , palappam or vatteppam.
