Simple Indian Iddaly
           Let us start with another South Indian traditional dish. It is Simple Indian Iddaly. This healthy and delicious dish is cooked in almost all Indian kitchens every day. Some of the Indians have Iddaly for breakfast and some have for dinner. It is one type of teamed cake without sugar. You can serve the Iddaly with Sambar( one vegetable curry) , Chicken curry,Coconut Chutney or Potato stew. Please find out the ingredients and method of Simple Indian Iddaly cooking recipe.




Simple Indian Iddaly Cooking Recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Rice powder  -  2 cups
  • Mash Daal ( Urud Daal / Uzhunnu parippu )  -  1 cup
  • Cooked rice  -  2 tbsp
  • Uluva  seeds  -  8 no's
  • Water  -  as required
  • Salt  -  as required

Simple Indian Iddaly Cooking Recipe

Method :-
  • Soak Urud Daal / Uzunnu Parippu and Uluva seeds in the water for 2 - 3 hours.Instead of rice powder, you can soak 2 cups of white rice.
  • Mix all the ingredients ( except salt ) finely in a mixer grinder with enough water. You should be careful when you add the water. Do not add too much water. The water should just cover the ingredients in the mixer grinder.
  • Add this mixture in a big steel pot and cover with a lid.
  • Keep it aside for 6-8 hours to foam.
  • Add the salt and mix well.
  • Boil the water in a steamed Iddaly cooker.
  • Pour the mixture in the Idaly plate / mould and keep it in the Iddaly cooker.
  • Cook the Iddalies until two whistles come out.
  • Remove the Iddaly from the mould and serve with sambar , Coconut Chutney or potato stew.

           Simple Indian Aloo Karela Masala is a vegetarian dish with overtones of South Indian style of cooking.I learnt this recipe during my working days from one of my South Indian friends who would bring it in her tiffin box with rice.I remember the days when we would swap our tiffin boxes and how I'd lap up delicious South Indian tiffins like masala dosas,idlis and vada while my friends would relish North Indian food like stuffed parathas and pulaav.

         I always tried out different combinations of a particular dish(which is new to me) using different spices with recipes like potato - peas and potato - spinach finally settle for one which is suited to my palate in terms of spice and flavor. If I feel that the flavor of a dish needs to be pepped up a bit in terms of spice then I do make a subtle change without playing too much with the ingredients and cooking style of the authentic original recipe.The end result has never been disappointing so far and I always had my family and friends relish the food served to them.

           Simple Indian Aloo Karela masala is very simple,everyday dish regularly cooked in many Indian kitchens.Boiled potatoes are cooked in a spiced gravy of onions and tomatoes and it makes a great curry with bread,rotis and chapatis.I also make this sometimes as an accompaniment to a subtle flavored rice or steamed white rice. If you make some changes in the ingredients and method you can prepare delicious Bitter Gourd ( Karela ) curry.Aloo Karela Masala is a healthy food for the diabetic patients and dieters.



Simple Indian Aloo Karela Masala Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • Bitter guard (karela)                            –          2 large size
  • Potatoes (aaloo)cut into small cubes     -          4 medium size
  • Onion chopped finely                            -          2 large
  • Garlic finely minced                              -          5 cloves
  • Ginger finely minced                             –          1 small piece
  • Dry red chilies crushed                         –          4 no’s
  • Curry leaves                                         -          2 stems
  • Green chilly slit length wise                   –         3 no’s
  • Red chilly powder                                 -          1 tsp (adjust according to your choice)
  • Turmeric powder                                   -         1/4 tsp
  • Salt                                                      –         according to your taste
  • Tomatoes finely chopped                       -         2 medium sized
  • Water                                                  –        1 cup
  • Oil                                                       -        1 1/2 tbsp


Simple Indian Aloo Karela Masala Cooking Recipe

Method:-
  • Cook the potato and bitter guard with salt and turmeric powder in the water.Boil on low heat
  • Heat oil in a cooking vessel and add the onion and saute till the onions turn light brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic and saute till they turn light brown.
  • Now add the green chilies and curry leaves and stir fry for a few seconds till the flavors are released in the oil.
  • Add the tomatoes and stir fry till the oil separates and it gets mushy.
  • Add all the powders and stir for 10 seconds.
  • Add the previously boiled potatoes and bitter guard into this.
  • Mix well and keep covered with a lid on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and Add salt (if necessary) and enough water to cover the potatoes.
  • Cook further for another 3-4 minutes stirring once in a while.
  • Bring to a boil and let it simmer on low heat till you get the desired curry consistency.
  • Turn off heat.If you like Garnish Aloo Karela Masala with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with steamed white rice.

Simple Indian Coconut Burfi
   The term burfi refers to a number of different sweets in Indian cuisine. This cream-based version has lots of coconut flavour and the aromatic cardomom.
    I ate the Coconut Burfi first at one Indian sweet shop in UAE. My kids like this sweet dish very much. I tried to prepare this dish for my kids. On the first trial itself I could make my kids happy. The same taste which we got from the sweet shop!!!
    I make the Simple Indian Coconut Burfi on our festivals. My friends like this item and they also learnt this recipe from me.  I would like to share the recipe with you. Please find out the Coconut Burfi ingredients and method as below.The cooking time is 15 minutes only.


Simple Indian Coconut Burfi Recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Coconut grated - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Cardomom peeled and pounded - 2 no's
  • Butter for spreading - as required

Simple Indian Coconut Burfi Recipe

Method :-
  • Soak the cashews in the hot water for half an hour.
  • Grind the coconut and cashews with the milk.
  • Cook the ground mixture in a frying pan  and keep stirring it.
  • Add the sugar and ghee and keep stirring untill it becomes a fine paste.
  • Add the cardomom and stir well. Turn off the heat.
  • Spread little butter on a flat plate and pour the cooked paste on it and spread it.
  • Let it cool for sometime and cut it into small diamonds shapes.
  • Coconut bufis can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Kitchen Tips :-
  •  You can substitute the cinnamom or ginger for the cardomom if  you don't have it available.

          Simple Indian Duck Roat is a delicious, spicy and healthy non veg Indian dish. It is very simple to prepare. I learnt the Simple Indian Duck Roast Cooking recipe from my husband who is well versed in cooking. He always likes to prepare the variety of dishes like Kadai boiled egg roast,kadai chicken roast , kadai mutton roast , Kadai duck roat, kadai crab roast , preservable Beef dry fry,chilly fish masala, crispy onion rings , etc. I learnt many cooking lessons from my husband.I would like to share the Simple Indian Duck Roast cooking recipe with you.You can serve the duck roast with palappam , vatteppam , plain rice, idiyappam , rotis , bread , chappathis , fried rice and biriyani.

Simple Indian Duck Roast Cooking

Ingredients :-
  • Duck cut into medium size pieces - 1 Kg
  • Onions sliced - 3 big size
  • Green chlly split in length - 6 no's
  • Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped - 6 cloves
  • Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Curry leaves - 2 stems
  • Cardomom - 9 no's
  • Oil for making thick gravy- 3tbsp
  • Oil for frying the meat- ½ cup
  • Bay leaves(Karuga/Vazhana ela) – 3nos
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1" piece
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Fennel(Perum Jeerakam) - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper seeds - 6 no's
  • Curd / Yoghurt (dhahi)  - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sliced-3 medium size    
  • Water - 2 cups    

Simple Indian Duck Roast Cooking Recipe

Method :-
  • Prepare `GHARAM MASALA` by grinding together bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom(5 no's), cloves, black pepper seeds and fennel(1 1/2 tsp).
  • Take a preassure cooker.Add the duck,2 tsp of garam masala powder,curd/yoghurt/salt,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,1 tsp of chilly powder,ginger & garlic paste, 3 green chillies,1 stem of curry leaves1 tbsp of oil,1/2 tsp of black pepper powder and water into it and mix well.  
  • Pressure cook the meat till 4 vissils come out.
  • Seperate the boiled duck pieces from  the cooker.
  • Take a frying pan and heat the oil for frying the meat.
  • Fry the duck pieces till light brown colour and  keep it aside.
  • You can use the same balance oil for making the gravy.If necessary add little more oil.
  • Heat the oil and add all the sliced onions and saute till light brown colour.
  • Add the chopped ginger & garlic and saute till light brown colour.
  • Add the tomatoes and stir well till it gets mashy.
  • Add the remaining green chillies and curry leaves and stir well till the nice flavor comes out.
  • Smash the remaining cardomom and fennel and add it.
  • Add the remaining turmeric powder,chilly powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
  • Let he gravy be little dark colour.
  • Add the meat boiled water from the pressure cooker in to the pan and stir well.
  • Add the fried duck pieces and mix well.Add the water and salt if necesssary and cover with a lid.
  • Let it be cooked for 10 minutes on the minimum heat.
  • Add the remaining pepper powder and mix well and turn off the heat.
  • Serve with hot palappam , vatteppam , plain rice, idiyappam , rotis , bread , chappathis , fried rice and biriyani.

Kitchen Tips :-
  • When you boil the meat ,you can add the yoghut for fast cooking.
  • When you prepare the Duck Roast you can add  1/2 cup of thick coconut milk in the last stage.It will increase the taste.

          We will start with a delicious crispy sweets again.Today I would like to share the Simple Indian Sweet Banana Chips Cooking recipe.I love festivals and plan the menu for a festive feast and especially look forward to try sweet treats that I am yet to blog. Sweet Banana Chips are traditional South Indian sweet dish that I prepared for our Onam festive meal. It is absolutely mouth watering sweet dish.I assurethat all the children as well as adults definitely like this sweet dish.
          Simple Indian Sweet Banana chips are prepared with green banana( kacha kela / ethakkay / nenthrakkay) that is roasted in any cooking oil to a golden colour, added in jaggery syrup flavored with aromatic cardomom ,jeera ( cummin)and dry ginger powder.Its cooking time is 20 minutes only.

Recipe of Simple Indian Sweet Banana Chips Cooking

Ingredients :-
  • Green banana( kacha kela / ethakkay) cut in to 1/2 inch thickness - 1/2 Kg
  • Jaggery - 1/4 Kg
  • Powdered dry ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • Cardomom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cummin ( small jeera / cheru jeerakam)Powder  - 1/4 tsp
  • Fried rice powder - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
Recipe of Simple Indian Sweet Banana Chips Cooking

Method :-
  • Deep fry the banana pieces in any cooking oil till they change to golden colour.
  • Keep it aside and let them cool well.
  • Boil the jaggery in the water.
  • After dissolving all the jaggeries reduce the flame to the minimum.
  • Add the roasted bananas in to the jaggery syrup and mix well and stir for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the cardomom,cummin and dry ginger powders and mix well.
  • Stir well till it dries.
  • Turn off the heat and spread the rice powder and sugar and mix well.
  • Let it be cooled and serve.

Kitchen Tips :-
  • Add the roasted bananas into the jaggery syrup only after it cooled.Otherwise it will not be crispy.
  • Store the prepared sweet banana chips in the container or tin only after it cooled.Otherwise it will be spoiled easily.
  • Simple Indian Sweet Banana chips are preservable sweets which can be stored for 3-4 months.

Simple Indian Vegetable Stew Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • Cauliflower cut into small pieces-1/2 cup
  • Sliced onions – 1 big size
  • Potato cut in to small pieces – 1/2 cup
  • Carrot cut in to small pieces – 1/2 cup
  • Soaked green peas – ½ cup
  • Green chilies(split) - 5 nos
  • Ginger(chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic(chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1" piece
  • Cardamom(Elakka) - 5 nos
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Fennel(Perum Jeerakam) – ¼ tsp
  • First coconut milk from half of a coconut – 1 cup
  • second coconut milk from half of a coconut – 2 cup
  • Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
  • Small onion chopped- 1 tbsp
  • Salt – According to your taste
  • Powdered black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 2 stems

Simple Indian Vegetable Stew Cooking Recipe

Method :-

• Prepare `GHARAM MASALA` by grinding together bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper seeds and fennel.

• Cook all the vegetables with all the other ingredients (except small onion, Powdered black pepper and oil) in second coconut milk.

• Add the thick first coconut milk and continue cooking on low heat until it boiled.

• Add the Powdered black pepper and mix it well.

• Turn off the heat and set this aside.

• Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.

• Add all sliced onions and sauté till brown.

• Add little curry leaves .

• Add this into previously prepared Vegetable Stew and stir well.

• Serve hot with bread , dosa, idiyappam , palappam or vatteppam.

Simple Indian Kadai Boiled Egg Roast Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • Eggs-8 no’s
  • Green chilly chopped-6 no’s( adjustable according to your taste)
  • Onion sliced-2 small size
  • Ginger paste- 2tbsp
  • Garlic paste-2 tbsp
  • Oil for making thick gravy- 3tbsp
  • Oil for frying the eggs- ½ cup
  • Bay leaves(Karuga/Vazhana ela) – 3nos
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1" piece
  • Cardamom(Elakka) - 5 nos
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Fennel(Perum Jeerakam) - 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 2 stems
  • Chilly powder – 1 ½ tbsp ( adjustable according to your taste)
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Salt- as required

Simple Indian Kadai Boiled Egg Roast Cooking Recipe

Method:-

  • Boil the eggs in water.
  • Give small cuts on each egg with a knife. Otherwise they will blast like bombs when you fry in the oil.
  • Heat a frying pan and pour ½ cup of oil into it.
  • Let the oil be boiled.
  • Fry all the eggs with the minimum heat in the oil till they turn to light brown .
  • Keep the fried eggs aside.
  • Prepare `GHARAM MASALA` by grinding together bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper seeds and fennel.
  • Heat one vessel and add 3tbsp of oil.
  • Add all sliced onions and saute till brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and saute till brown.
  • Add the green chilies and curry leaves.After 1 minute you’ll get an amazing flavor.
  • Add all the powders.
  • Stir in gentle heat until light brown.
  • Add ¼ cup of water and mix well for 1 minute.
  • Add the fried eggs and cover them with the thick masaala.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes in gentle heat.
  • Turn off the heat and decorate with the curry leaves or coriander leaves.
  • Serve Simple Indian Kadai Boiled Egg Roast hot with bread,sandwiches and fried rice.

  • Stir vigorously with a long spoon and fry the eggs for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and decorate with the curry leaves or coriander leaves.

Simple Indian Moong Daal Kheer ( Paayasam )Cooking Recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Moong Daal washed - 1 cup
  • Light Coconut Milk – 2 cup
  • Thick Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • Jaggery /Unrefined sugar syrup: 1/2 cup
  • Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk { Milk Maid} 1 Can
  • Grinded coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts - 8 no's
  • Dry grapes – 10 no’s
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee - 4 tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup

Simple Indian Moong Daal Kheer( Paayasam) Cooking Recipe

Method:-

• Fry the Moong Daal in 1 tbsp of ghee and add the Moong Daal and light coconut milk into pressure cooker.

• Then pressure cook for 2 whistle or till it becomes mashed.

• Keep the half of the boiled Moong Daal in a bowl and let it be cooled.

• Grind the cooled Moong Daal with the thick coconut milk in a mixer grinder.

• Boil the jaggery ( 2 no’s) in 1 cup of water till it dilutes fully.

• Pour this jaggery syrup and the grinded Moong Daal into the Pressure cooker and boil.

• Add the condensed milk and stir it well.

• Again let it sit in medium heat for another 4-5 minutes.

• Add the cardamom powder and stir well.

• After 1 minute, switch off the stove.

• Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts and dry grapes and add it to the kheer( Payasam/pudding).

• Serve the kheer hot or chilled after a meal.

Simple Indian Bindi (Ladies finger) Masala Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • Ladies finger (Bindi / vendakka) cut in to two pieces- 250 g
  • Onion chopped finely - 2 large
  • Garlic finely minced - 3 cloves
  • Ginger finely minced – 1 small piece
  • Curry leaves - 2 stems
  • Green chilly slit length wise – 3 no’s
  • Red chilly powder- 1 tbsp (adjust according to your choice)
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Salt- according to your taste
  • Tomatoes finely chopped - 3 medium size
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • chopped coriander leaves for garnish – as required

Simple Indian Bindi (Ladies finger) Masala Cooking Recipe

Method:-
  • Heat oil in a cooking vessel and add the curry leaves and stir fry for a few seconds till the flavors are released in the oil.
  • Now add onions and saute till the onions turn light brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic and saute till they turn light brown.
  • Add the green chilies .
  • Add the tomatoes and stir fry till the oil separates and it gets mushy.
  • Add all the powders and stir fry till the oil separates and it gets mushy.
  • Add the salt and water. Mix well
  • Add the Ladies finger(Bindi). Mix well and keep covered with a lid on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove lid and cook further for another 3-4 mts stirring once in a while.
  • Add salt (if necessary) and mix it.
  • Turn off heat.Garnish Bindi (Ladies finger) Masala with chopped coriander leaves(if necessary).
  • Serve hot with bread/rotis/chapatis/steamed white rice.

Method :-

• Cook the chicken with all the other ingredients (except small onion, Powdered black pepper and oil) in second coconut milk.

• Add the thick first coconut milk and continue cooking on low heat until it boiled.

• Add the powdered black pepper and mix it well.
• Turn off the heat and set this aside.

• Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.

• Add all sliced onions and saute till brown.

• Add little curry leaves .
• Add this into previously prepared chicken stew.Add powdered black pepper and stir well.
• Serve hot with bread , dosa, idiyappam , palappam or vatteppam.

It’s a good combination.My kids also like her special Palappam. Many friends told me yeast is hopeless for Palappam. We need real toddy. But I proved them wrong with my special palappam.Now my friends also learnt how to prepare the delicious Palappam without real toddy. Simple Indian Palappam Cooking Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fried Rice flour(Ari podi)            -       2 cups
  • Cooked rice                                -      1 tbsp
  • Yeast                                          -      1 tsp
  • Sugar                                          -      4 tsp
  • Semolina(Rava)                           -      3 tbsp
  • Coconut                                      -      1 no
  • Salt                                              -     As required


Simple Indian Palappam Cooking Recipe

Method:-
  • In a small vessel, add 1/4 glass of lukewarm water to the yeast and 1 tsp of sugar and keep it for 10 minutes. (Do not add hot water as the yeast will not rise). Keep it aside.
  • Add the rava with 1 glass of water and boil till it becomes thick. Keep it to cool.
  • When it becomes cool, add this to a mixer grinder.
  • Add the coconut,cooked rice,remaining sugar , previously prepared yeast and salt to the mixer grinder and grind them with minimum amount of water.
  • Then grind the rice flour with minimum amount of water.(Take care to add minimum amount of water when u mix the flour)
  • Mix all till it becomes it gets a loose consistency.
  • Cover with a lid and keep it for 6 – 8 hours.
  • Make palappams using "Appachatti".
  • Serve the palappams with chicken curry / mutton stew / vegetable stew / egg curry / duck curry / beef curry.

Method:-

  • Add the dhaal ,one stem of curry leaves,tomato,turmeric powder,drum stick leaves, salt and water into pressure cooker.
  • Then pressure cook for 2 whistle or till it becomes mashed.
  • Heat oil in a cooking vessel and add the mustard seeds and let them pop.
  • Add small onions and garlic and saute till they turn light brown.
  • Add the red chilies and the remaining curry leaves and stir fry for a few seconds till the flavors are released in the oil.
  • Turn off the fire.
  • Add the red chilly powder and mix well for 10 seconds.
  • Add the boiled dhaal and drum stick leaves into this vessel and mix well.
  • Add the salt and water if necessary.
  • Mix well and bring to a boil.Turn off the fire.
  • Serve hot with rotis/chapatis/steamed white rice.

Ingredients :-

  • Rice Powder – 1/4 cup
  • Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Rava-1/2 cup
  • Water – 1 ½ cup
  • Wheat flour (Aatta)-2 tbsp
  • Shredded coconut-1cup
  • Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp

Simple Indian Sweet Ball Cooking Recipe

Method: -

  • Fry the shredded coconut and keep aside.
  • Heat the water and add jaggery and melt it.
  • Add all ingredients including jaggery syrup (except cardamom powder) in another bowl and mix it well.
  • Add fried shredded coconut to it and mix well.
  • Keep this batter for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Add the cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Take one vessel and add oil.
  • When it boils, pour the mix with a table spoon.
  • Fry both side and can be served.

           I always tried out different taste of a particular dish(which is new to me) using different spices with recipes like potato - peas and potato - spinach finally settle for one which is suited to my palate in terms of spice and flavor. If I feel that the flavor of a dish needs to be pepped up a bit in terms of spice then I do make a subtle change without playing too much with the ingredients and cooking style of the authentic original recipe.The end result has never been disappointing so far and I always had my family and friends relish the food served to them.

  •  Mustard seeds                                 -           1/2 tsp
  •  Dry red chilies                                  -            2 no's
  • Curry leaves                                      -            2 stems
  • Green chilly slit length wise                 -             2 no's
  • Red chilly powder                              -             1 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)
  • Coriander powder                              -              1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder                                -              1/4 tsp
  • Salt according to your taste
  •  Tomatoes finely chopped                   -              3 medium size
  • Water                                                 -               1 cup
  •  Oil                                                     -               1 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Method:-

  • Add the potatoes ,salt and water.
  • Mix well and keep covered with a lid on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove lid and cook further for another 3-4 minutets stirring once in a while.
  • Add salt (if necessary) and enough water to cover the potatoes.
  • Bring to a boil and let it simmer on low heat till you get the desired curry consistency.
  • Turn off heat.Garnish Aloo Tamatar Masala with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with bread/rotis/chapatis/steamed white rice.

  • Cauliflower                                           -        1medium size
  • Onion paste                                       -         1/2cup

  • Garlic paste                                       -          1/2tsp
  • Artificial orange red food colour          -           2 pinch
  • Garam Masala powder                       -           1 tbsp

  • Corn flour                                          -             3tbsp

Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry Recipe

Method:-

  • Cut cauliflower into medium size florets.
  • Mix all the ingredients well (except oil) and make a paste.
  • Add the cauliflower into this paste and mix it.Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry the cauliflower in the oil.
  • Serve the delicious Simple Indian Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry in a flat plate.
  • Decorate it with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.

The Indian Pan Cake Cooking Recipe

  • Maida                   -  ½ cup
  • Baking powder        - 1 ½ tea   spoon
  • Eggs                        - 2
  • Powdered Sugar     - 5 table  spoon
  • Cheese                   - 1 table spoon
  • Coco powder          - 2  table spoon
  • Milk                         - 1 ¾ cup
  • Salt                          - ¼ tea spoon
  • Ghee or butter         - 1 tea spoon

The Indian Pan Cake Cooking Method

  • Mix the yellow portion of eggs, sugar, and cheese, and coco powder, 2 table spoon of milk, ghee / butter and salt thoroughly. 
  • Pour the remaining milk in to this mixture.   
  • Add maida into this mixture and mix it well.  
  • Beat the white portion of the eggs and add it to the mixture slowly and mix it thoroughly.  
  • Keep this mixture for 10 minutes. 
  • Heat one flat pan and apply little ghee or oil. 
  • Then you can make small and thick cakes like dosa.  It will take only 2 minutes to bake the delicious chocolate cake.
