Simple Indian 5 minutes Cabbage Masala Cooking Recipe
Ingredients :-
- Cabbage chopped - 1 small size
- Onion chopped - 2 medium size
- Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
- Green chillies slit in length - 6- 8 no's
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Shredded coconut - 4 - 6 tsp (optional)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - According to your taste
Simple Indian 5 minutes Cabbage Masala Cooking Recipe
Method :-
- Mix the cabbage with salt , turmeric powder , 1 stem of curry leaves , green chillies for few minutes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan / cooking vessel and add the mustard seeds.
- Let them pop up and add the curry leaves and stir fry for few seconds till the flavour comes out.
- Add the onion and saute till little colour change.
- Add the cabbage and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook the cabbage for 5 minutes on a minimum heat.
- Add the coconut and again one more minute on a low heat.
- Serve the cabbage with plain rice / chapati.
