              Simple Indian Spicy Fish Fry is a delicious non veg dish. It is very simple to make. All children as well as adults definitely like this spicy fish fry. It is really mouth watering. This is a very simple,yet spicy goes with plain rice.Simple Indian Fish Fry is a dish item which can be served for your guests.




Simple Indian Spicy Fish Fry Cooking 

Ingredients :-
  • Any fish cleaned and sliced - 1/2 Kg
  • Oil - as required
  • Salt - as required
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tbsp ( adjust according to your taste)



Simple Indian Fish Fry Cooking Recipe
Method :-
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  • Apply the mixture on the fish and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry each fish in the oil on allow flame till both sides become light brown colour.
  • Garnish with green chillies,lemon and onion rings.
  • Serve hot with plain rice.

Kitchen Tips :-
  • Before frying the fish make sure that the oil in the pan is very hot.This is very important kitchen tip.
  • Another kitchen tip is that,for magnetising the fish you can refrigerate in the chiller for 10 minutes.
  • When you fry the fish the flame should be minimum.This is another  important kitchen tip.
  • If you don't want crispy fish fry , cover the pan with a lid when you fry.
