Simple Indian Spicy Fish Fry Cooking
Ingredients :-
- Any fish cleaned and sliced - 1/2 Kg
- Oil - as required
- Salt - as required
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp ( adjust according to your taste)
Simple Indian Fish Fry Cooking Recipe
Method :-
- Mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Apply the mixture on the fish and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Fry each fish in the oil on allow flame till both sides become light brown colour.
- Garnish with green chillies,lemon and onion rings.
- Serve hot with plain rice.
Kitchen Tips :-
- Before frying the fish make sure that the oil in the pan is very hot.This is very important kitchen tip.
- Another kitchen tip is that,for magnetising the fish you can refrigerate in the chiller for 10 minutes.
- When you fry the fish the flame should be minimum.This is another important kitchen tip.
- If you don't want crispy fish fry , cover the pan with a lid when you fry.
