Sweet - tart mango is combined with coconut and a hint of spice in this refreshing light candy , Coconut-Mango balls. I added the cayenne powder to mimic the mango flavor combination that is common in Mexican candies. You can add any fruit instead of mango according to your taste.

The recipe calls for dried mango. But you may need to adjust the amount of fruit or condensed milk o get the right texture. This recipe yields about dozen candies. The preparation time of this sweet dish is 10 minutes only.
