Simple Indian Instant 5 minutes Spicy Prawns Fry Cooking Recipe
Ingredients:-
- Prawns cleaned - 2 cups
- Onion sliced - 2 medium size
- Tomato chopped - 1 medium size
- Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 3 tbsp
- Green chilly slit in length - 3-4 no's
- Curry leaves chopped - 1 tsp (optional)
- Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tbsp ( optional )
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt - according to your taste
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
Simple Indian Instant 5 minutes Spicy Prawns Fry Cooking Recipe
Method :-
- Magnetise the prawns with salt and turmeric powder in a bowl and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan / cooking vessel.
- Add the onion and saute till light brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and saute till light brown.Now you can enjoy the nice flavor.
- Add the tomato and stir till it becomes mash.
- Add the green chillies and curry leaves.
- Stir fry for a few seconds till the flavor comes out.
- Add the coriander powder and chilly powder and stir well till it becomes little dark on a minimum flame(about 2 minutes).
- Add the water and mix well for 1 minute.
- Add the prawns and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes on minimum flame.
- Turn off the heat and garnish with the coriander leaves.
- Serve with rotis,chapatis,bread,plain rice,fried rice or biriyani.
