Simple Indian 10 minutes Instant Fish Curry Cooking Recipe
Ingredients :-
- Any fish cut into small pieces - 1/2 Kg
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Ginger chopped - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Green chilly slit in length - 4-6 no's
- Kudampuli - 4-6 cloves (adjust according to your taste )
- Coconut thick milk - 1 small cup
- Small onion chopped - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp ( Coconut oil is better )
- Salt - as required
- Water - 1-2 cups
Simple Indian 10 minutes Instant Fish Curry Cooking Recipe
Method :-
- Take one cooking pot and add all the ingredients except coconut milk , oil and small onions.
- You should add enough water to cover the fish. Just shake the pot.
- Cook the fish on a low heat by covering with a lid for 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and let it boil.
- Switch off the stove.
- Heat the oil in another pan and add the small onions.
- Fry them till brown colour. Add some curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
- Add it into the curry.
- Serve the delicious fish curry with the plain rice.
