The Indian Pan Cake Cooking Recipe
- Maida - ½ cup
- Baking powder - 1 ½ tea spoon
- Eggs - 2
- Powdered Sugar - 5 table spoon
- Cheese - 1 table spoon
- Coco powder - 2 table spoon
- Milk - 1 ¾ cup
- Salt - ¼ tea spoon
- Ghee or butter - 1 tea spoon
The Indian Pan Cake Cooking Method
- Mix the yellow portion of eggs, sugar, and cheese, and coco powder, 2 table spoon of milk, ghee / butter and salt thoroughly.
- Pour the remaining milk in to this mixture.
- Add maida into this mixture and mix it well.
- Beat the white portion of the eggs and add it to the mixture slowly and mix it thoroughly.
- Keep this mixture for 10 minutes.
- Heat one flat pan and apply little ghee or oil.
- Then you can make small and thick cakes like dosa. It will take only 2 minutes to bake the delicious chocolate cake.
