Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry Cooking Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1medium size
- Onion paste - 1/2cup
- Tomato paste - 1/2cup (optional)
- Ginger paste - 1/2tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2tsp
- Artificial orange red food colour - 2 pinch
- Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Water - 3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Chilly powder - 2tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 3tbsp
- Rice flour - 1tbsp
- Basin - 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep-frying - 2 cup
Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry Recipe
Method:-
- Cut cauliflower into medium size florets.
- Mix all the ingredients well (except oil) and make a paste.
- Add the cauliflower into this paste and mix it.Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- Deep fry the cauliflower in the oil.
- Serve the delicious Simple Indian Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry in a flat plate.
- Decorate it with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
