Simple Indian Cauliflower Fry is a delicious and nutritious vegetarian snack item which is very easy to make .This is my Aunt’s recipe.Indian Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry ( Gopi Fry) is one of the favourite snacks of my husband and kids. I would like to share the recipe with you. All children as well as adults definitely like this Simple Indian Cauliflower Fry . The children can have this snack item at the school.It is very delicious and can be served along with a meal or had any time. Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry  Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower                                           -        1medium size
  • Onion paste                                       -         1/2cup
  • Tomato paste                                    -          1/2cup (optional)
  • Ginger paste                                      -          1/2tsp
  • Garlic paste                                       -          1/2tsp
  • Artificial orange red food colour          -           2 pinch
  • Garam Masala powder                       -           1 tbsp
  • Water                                                -           3 tbsp
  • Salt                                                    -            to taste
  • Chilly powder                                    -            2tbsp
  • Turmeric powder                               -             1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour                                          -             3tbsp
  • Rice flour                                           -             1tbsp
  • Basin                                                  -              2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep-frying                              -              2 cup


Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry Recipe

Method:-

  • Cut cauliflower into medium size florets.
  • Mix all the ingredients well (except oil) and make a paste.
  • Add the cauliflower into this paste and mix it.Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry the cauliflower in the oil.
  • Serve the delicious Simple Indian Spicy and Crispy Cauliflower Fry in a flat plate.
  • Decorate it with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
