Cholesterol free Indian Fish Fry
Ingredients :-
- Any fish cleaned - 1/2 Kilogram
- Powdered pepper - 1 tbsp
- Salt - as required
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 tbsp
Cholesterol free Indian Fish Fry Cooking Recipe
Method :-
- Mix all the above mentioned ingredients.
- Apply the mixture on the fish and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Wrap each fish inside the Aluminium foil or banana leaf.
- Heat a flat pan / thava.
- Keep each wrapped fish on the pan and cover with the lid.
- Set the flame as minimum.
- After 15 minutes turn back each fish and let the other side be cooked by closed.
- After 15 minutes serve hot with the plain rice.
