Ingredients:-

  • Eggs-3 no’s
  • Green chilly chopped-3 no’s( adjustable according to your taste)
  • Onion chopped-2 small size
  • Oil- 2tbsp
  • Salt- as required

Method:-

  • Beat the eggs with the salt and 1 tbsp of oil ( coconut oil is more suitable) in a bowl.
  • Add all other ingredients and beat well.
  • Heat one frying pan and pour the remaining oil into it.
  • Beat the mixture again and add it into the pan.
  • Stir vigorously with a long spoon and fry the eggs for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and decorate with the curry leaves or coriander leaves.
  • Serve Simple Indian Chilly Egg Fry hot with bread,sandwiches and fried rice.
