Simple Indian Sweet Ball Cooking Recipe
Ingredients :-
- Rice Powder – 1/4 cup
- Maida - 1/2 cup
- Rava-1/2 cup
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Wheat flour (Aatta)-2 tbsp
- Shredded coconut-1cup
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 pinch
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
Simple Indian Sweet Ball Cooking Recipe
Method: -
- Fry the shredded coconut and keep aside.
- Heat the water and add jaggery and melt it.
- Add all ingredients including jaggery syrup (except cardamom powder) in another bowl and mix it well.
- Add fried shredded coconut to it and mix well.
- Keep this batter for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Take one vessel and add oil.
- When it boils, pour the mix with a table spoon.
- Fry both side and can be served.
